The Universum Bremen is a science center with a special adventure character.
The Universum Bremen which is close to the University Bremen opened in September 2000. There you will find a permanent exhibition on 4000 square metres with three different topics - expedition human, expedition earth and expedition cosmos. The Universum was expanded with an outside-section, the discover-park, an extra building and the`Schaubox`. In the year 2009 there has been added a second experience exhibition, which is about the creativity of nature. There you can get to the bottom of the colour-and formdiversity of our earth and questioning everyday occurrences at 60 interactive-stations in rooms which are arranged imaginatively.
The discovering-park is 5000 square-metres large, which is sort of a scientific ´experience-landscape`under open-air with many interactive-stations and a sky-tower of 27 hight.
